Dr O’Hare has a special interest in Independent Reporting for medicolegal issues, treatment or fitness for duty reports. Other reporting may be provided if a request is emailed. If you have been referred for the writing of a report or independent medical examination for court or legal purposes this needs to be made clear at the time of referral. No medicare fee will apply. Payment will need to be received prior to release of the report. If you have been referred for examination for Fitness for Duty this will also need special review and conditions. Bring your photo ID for all these appointments please.
If Dr O’Hare has seen you for the purposes of a report she would not be able to see you for treatment due to the conflict that would create. Recommendation for referral elsewhere could be provided if required.
